Free Service Tire Commercial Division is committed to providing tires and medium truck service to the commercial customer, including new and used tires and installation; retreads; oil, lube, and filter changes; alignment; air conditioning service, and much more for light trucks, medium trucks, heavy trucks, off-the-road (OTR) vehicles, earth movers, and industrial tires. We have locations in Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia, Kentucky, and North Carolina. Service centers are located in Johnson City, Bristol, Kingsport, Morristown, and Knoxville in East Tennessee.
